I’m Fabi Pereira, a nutritionist and yoga teacher originally from Brazil. Influenced by my father, I’ve always been passionate about sports, meditation, spirituality, and healthy food. From a young age, sun salutations, meditation, and healthy meals have been part of my daily routine.
I’ve always loved sports, maintaining an active lifestyle through running, weight training, swimming, Pilates, and CrossFit. However, it was yoga that truly brought me a sense of unity, connecting breathing with movement and harmonizing the internal with the external. This beautiful connection inspired me to share yoga with others.
After 15 years working in big corporations in Brazil, I decided to pursue my passion by completing two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, one in Brazil and another in California. I believe yoga can serve as a healing practice, helping people see the potential within themselves and bringing natural healing and transformation.
Healthy eating has been a part of my life since childhood, and I’ve always understood the importance of food, herbs, and plants as medicine. After graduating as a nutritionist from Torrens University in Sydney, I began specializing in naturopathy, continuously studying to expand my knowledge. I also study Ayurveda, integrating yoga and holistic nutrition to help people develop healthier habits.
