I’m Fabi Pereira, a nutritionist and yoga teacher originally from Brazil. Influenced by my dad, I’ve always been passionate about sports, meditation, spirituality, and healthy food. Sun salutations, meditation, and healthy meals have been part of my daily routine from a young age.
I have always loved sports and maintained an active lifestyle, combining running, weight training, swimming, Pilates, CrossFit, and more. However, it was yoga that truly brought me a sense of unity. Yoga connects breathing with movement, bringing the mind to the present moment and harmonizing the internal with the external. This beautiful connection inspired me to share yoga with the world.
After working for over 15 years in big corporations in Brazil, I listened to my inner voice and pursued my first 200-hour yoga teacher training with Premananda School in Brazil. Shortly after, I completed another 200-hour yoga teacher training in California, USA.
Believing in my purpose of using yoga as a healing practice, I aim to share all the amazing feelings that yoga brings, both on and off the mat. Yoga teaches you to see what is already inside you, and by applying its lessons to your life, natural changes and potential healing can occur.
With the intention to restore, nourish, and maintain the balance between the human body, mind, and spirit, I bring this lifestyle into my work. Healthy eating was part of my routine since childhood, and I understand the importance of food, herbs, and plants as medicine.
After graduating as a nutritionist from Torrens University in Sydney, Australia, I am now specializing in naturopathy at Torrens University to fulfill my purpose of transforming people’s lives, I continuously study to keep my knowledge up-to-date and at its peak.
I also study Ayurveda with Vd. Mateus Macedo from Viva Veda, integrating my understanding of yoga and holistic nutrition to help people create healthy nutritional habits.
